يوفر أوزير أدوات لاستكشاف الخدمات السياحية، وعند تفعيلها، لإرسال طلبات الحجز. قد تتغير القوائم والتوافر والمواعيد والأسعار وشروط المزود. ولا يُعد الطلب مؤكداً حتى يوضّح التطبيق أو مزود الخدمة أنه مؤكد.
أنت مسؤول عن حماية وسيلة تسجيل الدخول وعن النشاط الذي يتم من حسابك. يجب أن تكون المعلومات المقدمة صحيحة وألا تنتحل شخصية أي شخص آخر.
تسري على كل حجز قواعد الإلغاء والاسترداد والحضور الخاصة بالمزود والمبينة أثناء الحجز. لا يتوفر الدفع الإلكتروني إلا عند تفعيله صراحة. لا ترسل بيانات البطاقة عبر الملاحظات أو المحادثة.
لا تسئ استخدام الخدمة، أو تعطل الأمان، أو تجمع بيانات محمية، أو تقدم محتوى غير قانوني أو مضللاً، أو تحاول الوصول دون تصريح. قد نقيّد الوصول عند الضرورة المعقولة لحماية المستخدمين أو المنصة.
قد يقدم شركاء السياحة أو المزودون التقنيون بعض المحتوى أو الخدمات، وقد تسري شروطهم وسياساتهم أيضاً. لا يتحمل أوزير مسؤولية تغييرات يجريها طرف آخر خارج نطاق سيطرته المعقولة.
نعمل على دقة الخدمة وتوافرها، لكننا لا نضمن التشغيل دون انقطاع أو خلو كل قائمة من الأخطاء. ولا تستبعد هذه الشروط أي حقوق أو مسؤوليات لا يسمح القانون باستبعادها.

These terms govern your use of Ozir. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and to provide accurate information.
Ozir provides tourism discovery and, where enabled, booking-request tools. Listings, availability, schedules, prices, and partner conditions may change. A request is not confirmed until the app or service provider clearly marks it as confirmed.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for activity under your account. Information submitted to the service must be accurate and must not impersonate another person.
Provider-specific cancellation, refund, and attendance rules shown during a booking apply to that booking. Online payment is available only when explicitly enabled. Never send card credentials through feedback or chat.
Do not misuse the service, interfere with security, scrape protected data, submit unlawful or misleading content, or attempt unauthorized access. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the platform.
Some content or services may be supplied by tourism partners or technical providers. Their own terms and policies may also apply. Ozir is not responsible for changes made by a third party outside its reasonable control.
We work to keep the service accurate and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every listing is error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We may update these terms as the service changes. The revised date will be published. Use Feedback in the profile screen for questions about these terms.
